The New Zealand Coastguard in conjunction with the Boating and Outdoors team are promoting safe boating this summer. The van is travelling throughout NZ promoting safe boating at particular locations and Lifejackets can be traded in Boating and Outdoor stores at dates shown on the Dates and Times brochure below.
This is a great opportunity to upgrade your lifejacket to a new model! Your old lifejacket if still checked as being safe will be sent over to the pacific island countries to help their population with safe boating.
