On 23 February 2024 Natalie Burrett and Neale Jackson of Calibre Partners were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of Trev Terry Marine Limited.
Trev Terry Marine operates branches in Taupo, Kinloch, Turangi, Napier, Invercargill and Wanaka. As at the date of receivership, the branches are all trading (subject to any operational requirements) while a sale process of the business is undertaken.

All sales made by the company in receivership including online, parts or via the retail store are made pursuant to the following conditions of sale:

Personal information provided online is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders, or for Trev Terry Marine to contact you.
We will ensure our customer information is kept strictly confidential.
Cash, credit card or EFTPOS are accepted.
If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and advise you of your options.
For sales made prior to receivership on 23 February 2024, Trev Terry Marine cannot provide a refund. Customers for any unfulfilled orders are unsecured creditors of the company. If you wish to lodge an unsecured claim in the receivership, please email [email protected] and request a claim form.
For sales made during the receivership on and from 23 February 2024 usual provisions under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply. If an item is unavailable it may be swapped like-for-like (for example, different colour or size). If no like-for-like is available, you will be refunded by internet banking, or a reduced DPS payment for the amount of the out-of-stock item. We may be able to supply the out-of-stock item at a later date and will get in touch.
We will contact you prior to dispatching your order if your order requires additional tickets due to excessive size or weight, or the wrong freight option has been inadvertently selected. Please note that Waiheke Island and Stewart Island are deemed as rural and require the appropriate Island rural ticket selected. The Chatham Islands will require quoting and the freight is once a week. Also note, there are some items which require us to quote you for freight.

As a result of the receivership:
Holders of gift vouchers are unsecured creditors of the company. If you wish to lodge an unsecured claim in the receivership, please email [email protected] and request a claim form.
The receivers shall have no personal liability under or in respect of any sale transaction including any gift voucher, and in particular, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any personal liability of the receivers in respect of any guarantee, warranty or undertaking relating to any goods sold is excluded.
We are unable to provide item returns, refunds or credits except to the extent required by consumer law.
We are however happy to exchange items in-store that are in a resalable condition (at the discretion of Trev Terry Marine staff) for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
