Ingredients

• 1 Cup orange marmalade
• 1 Cup brown sugar
• 1/2 Cup pineapple juice
• 1 Tsp mustard powder

Method

• Step 1
  Place all the ingredients in a medium saucepan and stir well.
• Step 2
  Bring the glaze to the boil over a high heat, making sure to stir regularly.
• Step 3
  Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the glaze simmer for 10 minutes.
• Step 4
  Remove the glaze from the heat and leave to cool completely
