The Haines Signature 575 difference…

Don’t get confused with the Haines Hunter brand, as this one’s a Haines Signature – Our friends from over the ditch have also managed to produce and manufacture a fiberglass rig that ticks our boxes.

Haines Signature has been a household name for over 40 years in New Zealand. It was originally marketed through Reflex Products who teamed up with John Haines to build ‘Haines Signature’ boats under contract. The boat proved very popular and by 1990 Reflex Products secured manufacturing and distribution rights for Haines Signature boats in New Zealand.

USABILITY & LAYOUT

The Signature 575 is described as the fishing all-rounder, ideal for fishermen and families to enjoy themselves on a boat that is categorized as mid-sized, with a hull length of 6.25m that accommodates four to six people with back-to-back seating at the helm. The luxury of a small cabin can be used as another seating option or space for more fishing gear. Under gunnel storage on both the starboard and port side offers room to place your fishing rods and tackle.

The cabin has a forehatch for safe and easy anchoring and accessing the Minn Kota. If you need more storage, do not fear as a handy storage locker is conveniently placed on the cockpit floor, ideally used as a fishing bin set up.

THE RIDE

A deep V hull is a key characteristic of all Signature boats – providing a greater deadrise that has several benefits, this includes:

  • Soft riding (deadrise is retained and allows to cut through the chop in rough waters
  • Fuel efficiency
  • Dry ride
  • Superior stability

“It certainly cut through the water with ease and maintained its stability” – Mike Mccashin ( Marine Technician )

WHAT WE THINK – Final words from Brock, Gordon & Matt

We believe this is a step up from an entry-level boat, more suited for a fisherman who wants to enjoy time on the water with family and friends. Performance is second to none with a more than capable Mercury 175hp outboard, which is grunty – perfect for all you 2 stroke fans. If you love fishing, even better!

As Haines Say, ‘Take a ride with Australia’s leading boat builder and experience the Haines Signature difference’.
