We are proud to be winners in two categories for the 2016 Spark Stella Awards for excellent Customer Service
The Spark Stella Awards is a ‘customer experience’ training programme developed and administered by Towncentre Taupo and The Taupo District Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
The team completed the training programme (all 19 of us) through training workshops, guest speakers, webinars and resources, which helped empower individuals and business teams to deliver first class customer experiences in every sector of the Great Lake Taupo economy.
We were then mystery shopped and attended an interview with a panel of Judges
Friday the 26th of August the team attended the Stella Awards Gala Dinner along with various other Taupo Businesses to reveal the winners.
The outcome proved to be a very successful one for the Trev Terry Marine Team winning our category for the Best Independent Retail Team. Alongside that Lisa Gray won the Star Performer Award for the Best Independent Retail Star Performer.
