A few weeks back we collaborated with the ‘Bantry Eatery’ to deliver you a Gourmet Weber BBQ Cook School. Over 3 days, Prue and head chef Jason demonstrated some mouth-watering BBQ recipes on both the Charcoal and Gas Weber grills for everyone to indulge in.

An overflowing of tastings included Grilled Hanger Steak, Char Siu Pork, Spatchcock Chicken and refreshing beverages to complement.
