Spanish Style Chorizo, Beans and Eggs

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 Brown Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Chorizo Sausages, sliced
  • 2 x 400g Cans of baked beans
  • 2 Teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 4 Eggs
  • 50g Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 Bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Step 1
    Place your pan on the Q grill and preheat for 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add the oil, onion, garlic and Chorizo sausage, close the lid and cook for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring once or twice. Add the sugar, paprika, chilli and baked beans. Stir in well, close the lid and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    With the back of a spoon make four indentations in the top of the mixture and crack an egg into each. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the mixture and season to taste. Close the lid and cook for a further 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Take the pan out of the Q and sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top.
