Weber Infused Chicken Burgers

  • Chicken Breast
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Burger Buns

  • Sliced Tomato
  • Mayo
  • Hot Sauce
  • Lettuce
  • Avocado
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Paprika
  • Chili Powder
  • Salt & Pepper
Chicken Coating
  • 2x chicken breasts
  • 1x handful chopped fresh herbs ( mix of fresh herbs )
  • 1x handful bread crumbs
  • 1x small handful grated parmesan cheese
  • 1x 1/2 tsp of paprika
  • 1x 1/2 tsp of chili powder
  • salt & pepper
  • Mix ingredients together - Then coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.


  • Step 0
    Cook the chicken breasts for 20min indirect heat in your Weber on high heat.
  • Step 1
    While the chicken is cooking, prepare the buns. Slice in half and put the cheese on tops and bottoms. Once the chicken is cooked set aside to rest and place the burger buns in the Weber for 3-4min
  • Step 2
    Pull the buns out once cheese has melted. Put a good dollop of mayo on the tops and some sauce on the bottoms. Slice the chicken breasts into thick slices and place on the burger bottoms - Use half a breast per burger.
  • Step 3
    Stack the tomato, avocado and leafy greens on top of the chicken and put the lids on.
