The 1450 Explorers Broadhead Coamings give you a generous sitting area when you’re at rest and keep you dry while you’re travelling. The 1450 Explorer offers you and your equipment a substantial floor surface area thanks to a fully welded treadplate floor that is positioned as high and broad as feasible. Eight aluminium rodholders are installed on the 1450 Explorer: four are angled and located in the broadhead coamings, and four are vertical and located in the bow. The much awaited comeback of a well-liked model is the 2023 Stabicraft 1550 Frontier. We’ve redesigned and reconfigured the model to appeal to a wider spectrum of end users. Also added features from the model’s wildly popular smaller sibling, the 1450 Frontier, and provided a 1550 Fisher open-boat alternative.
A fantastic aspect of the Profish package and an option in others is a detachable casting platform in the bow. It is built to be sturdy enough to stand on with complete confidence yet is also portable and easy to store for one person. This function enables you to easily change the configuration of your boat so that it can transport guests in the bow seating area or go out to lure fish from the bow. The regular forwards locker lid and an additional platform on the winch cover combine with the bow casting deck to create a sizable space from which to cast.
Both binnacle mount and flush mount electronics can now be accepted due to flexibility. All packages’ standard consoles are configured to maximise the use of a sounder that is mounted on a bracket and has a sizable flat surface on top behind the windscreen. The 1550 Frontier transom is an improvement over the 1550 Fisher transom in terms of storage and access for batteries.
The battery shelf is neatly concealed by a powder-coated door that also offers an additional storage space. The ski pole socket can accommodate a pole-mounted bait board, just like the 1550 Fisher, but also included a premium bait board with a dry storage locker to the Profish package and as an option on other packages. The Profish package comes with a live bait tank, whereas other packages provide it as an option.
