Hand crafted beer created on the rural landscape of Lake Taupo.
In 2011 our brewery was an implement shed with a dirt floor and a few gates. Now home to brew 400,000 litres annually. You will also find a canning line with its own dedicated room and once packaged cans are rolled around the corner into the chiller. With the beer being packaged on-site either into kegs or cans it heads straight from our backdoor to yours or into your local restaurant or liquor store.
Driven strongly by sustainability to lower the emissions as much as possible through every aspect of the brewing processing.
As the brand has grown so has the range of IPA’s, and accompanied by the awards in the International Beer awards these in which carry on coming through.

A lot of hard work was poured into this business from both James and Elissa, starting from scratch and hand bottling everything for the first few years.
You’ll find the talented team working in what was once a farm utility shed producing award-winning craft beers from the pristine freshwater bore, located right below the brewery.
