TREV TERRY ANNOUNCES THE PURCHASE OF WANAKA MARINE

After more than 20 years in the business, Ian and Lynette Brown, the owner-operators of the well-known Wanaka Marine & Sport, have decided to take a step back from business ownership and have sold the business to Taupo’s Trev Terry Marine (TT Marine).

Trev Terry Marine has always had great dreams of expanding into the South Island and Wanaka Marine & Sport sits in line with the company vision, sharing similar operating philosophies, ethos and a customer-centric focus.

Ian and Lynette, with their family, have been the proud owners of Wanaka Marine & Sport for 20 years and have built the business to what it is today, having a large reputable base of loyal and valued customers and skilled team members. The well-known brands that have been available at Wanaka Marine & Sport, such as the well-liked Challenger, Chaparral, Sea Nymph, and Stejcraft, will remain after the firm is purchased and it will continue as a certified service centre for both Mercury and Evinrude engines.

Ian and Lynette will continue to work in the business along with the skilled team of mechanics. Any boating needs you have will continue to be met by the team.
